After you get an online quote we may contact you by telephone and email. We do this to confirm that the details you have given us are correct and to ensure we have provided you with the most appropriate level of cover and best premium.

If you take out any insurance policies with us the terms of this notice will also apply to anyone else insured under your policy. You should show this notice to anyone who comes into that category.

We reserve the right to add, amend or delete information contained within this policy from time to time, by updating this page. You should check from time to time to make sure you agree to any changes.

Information We Collect –
We will keep your information whilst you have a current Insurance Policy with us and for a limited period thereafter, or as legally required. We do not collect or record and sensitive data.

In order to provide our service we capture such data as:

• name / occupation & date of birth
• contact details, address, including email address
• your insurance requirements and risk details
• other information required for customer surveys and/or product promotions

Managing Your Information –
We use the information you provide to improve our products range and services and to allow us to manage any insurance policy you may have with us. Information may be stored on computer records and / or on paper files to allow us to act on your behalf. Information may be passed to other insurance companies for underwriting and claims purposes, or passed to regulatory authorities and / or auditors for compliance purposes, and as otherwise required by law.

What we do with your information

All the personal data we hold about you will be processed by our staff in the UK. We may share your data where we have a legal obligation to do so. Please be aware that your information may be stored on a cloud-based system whose servers are located within the European Union.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely.

How long will we keep it?

We will generally keep your data for a minimum of six years from the date of expiry of the policy, after which time it will be destroyed unless we have a legal or regulatory obligation to retain it for longer. If you consent to marketing, any information we use for this purpose will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive such information.
